We're making a big change to how Fillvisa works.
Previously, Fillvisa offered family-based immigration forms for free, while certain forms, particularly employment-based immigration forms, were exclusively available through Fillvisa Plus.
That's changing today.
We've decided to remove those restrictions and make all supported immigration forms completely free and open source.
Whether you're filing a family-based petition, applying for employment authorization, or preparing an employment-based immigration application, you can now access every form we support without paying a subscription.

Our open-source project, Fillvisa OS, now includes all supported forms, including those previously reserved for paid users.
Developers, nonprofits, community organizations, and immigration professionals can:
Self-host Fillvisa.
Access and modify the source code.
Use all supported immigration forms.
Build on top of the project under its AGPL-3.0 license.
We believe essential immigration form-filling tools should be accessible to everyone, not locked behind a subscription.

We're giving Plus a clearer purpose.
